Principles For Confrontation

Confrontation is not fun. To be honest, it’s difficult, uncomfortable, emotional, ugh, it can even create more of a mess than you might think. In ministry, despite our best efforts to guide and shape and build people up, sometimes we have to confront those we love and respect with some hard truth. It’s not easy but there are some pretty easy techniques to implement when confronting someone that can make it go a lot smoother. Tim Schmoyer has been a youth pastor for over ten years and he’s created a great guide for how to handle confrontation with peers, leaders and students.
