7 Checkpoints is a spiritual formation program developed by Dash Student Leadership Inc.  It’s a great collection of curriculum and ideas for strategically deciding the direction and scope of junior high and senior high ministries.  If your church is outside the United States then DASH will provide you with all their 7 Checkpoints curriculum for free.
