From The Ground Up: Introduction

Over the course of the next few months, I’m going to take the time to walk through some of the basics I believe are crucial to any junior high program. I don’t have all the answers but there are a couple of things I’ve had the opportunity to learn that I thought I would pass on.

As kind of an introduction to the whole thing, I thought I would start by laying out where I’d like to go so you have something to look forward to.

Week One: Mission

Week Two: Vision

Week Three: Values

Week Four: Ethos

Week Five: Setting Priorities in Ministry

Week Six: The Importance of Saying No

Week Seven: Leadership, Leadership, Leadership
