Granger Community Church has created a church resource website called wiredchurches.com.  This website has access to various types of administrative documents and message series for an adult church setting but many of the tools and resources can be applied to Junior High ministry as well.  Definitely take a look at the administrative documents because they’ll give you a place to start when doing some strategic planning and development of your junior high ministry.
